When you create and use a Planara account, you may provide:

Automatically Collected Information

- Crash logs and performance diagnostics

This information helps us maintain and improve the service. In our mobile app, usage analytics are associated with your account so we can understand how features are used and improve reliability. On our website, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics that are not tied to your identity.
Subscription Information
If you purchase a paid subscription, we receive limited subscription status information from the payment provider, such as Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

- Enable planning and optimization tools for paid subscribers

We do not sell your personal data. We also do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers such as Apple's IDFA.
3. Household Sharing
Planara allows users to share financial information within a household.
If you join or create a household:

- Household members may interact with shared financial data depending on their role
- Planning tools are only available to paid subscribers
You control whether you join or leave a household.

- Encrypted storage where applicable
- Secure cloud infrastructure
- Access controls and monitoring
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain your data while your account remains active.
If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal information within a reasonable timeframe unless retention is required by law.

These providers only receive information necessary to perform their services.

Planara is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
